Commercial Description:
Tröegs Pale Ale is an American style Pale Ale that is aggressively hopped with Northwest Cascades and balanced with Belgian crystal malts to create a hoppy, copper-colored crisp ale. An excellent example of a classic American Pale Ale.

12oz bottle. Poured a medium amber color with an averaged sized off white head. Aromas of pine, light caramel, and lightly earthy. Tastes of caramel, very light pine, and citrus.

Light amber colored beer out of the bottle with a foamy white head. NIce fresh hop cone nose. Crisp hop flavors of pine and grapefruit, with a light toast and caramel underpining. Beer seems a little thin under all the hops. The finish is a long grapefruit bitterness. Easy drinking pale ale.

Bottle. Tulip glass. Nice orange amber color with mid-sized head. Aroma of both citrus pine hops and sweet malt. Taste is well balanced between hops and malt as well. Not overdone. Thin but soft mouthfeel with slight bitterness in the finish. Pleasant.

Nose is fruity with citrus accents. Medium to small white head over the amber body. A nice blend of hops and fruit. The fruit balances out the bitterness from the hops. Very smooth pale ale on a hot day. Delicious. One of the most drinkable ales(for me) out there. I wish they’d expand distribution further out of the PA/NJ area to NY.

Nice amber color, with a good white head. flowery hops aroma gives way to a smooth, citrusy hops flavor with a nice sweet finish. An excellent beer on a hot day.

Pours a light copper color with a white head. Aroma of earthy hops, caramal, and some citrus notes. Flavor is mostly malts with some citrus hops. Just ok
