| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 5/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 20, 2005 Classic APA but a bit more flavor, body and hops than otheres. Rich gold color with thick floating head. Thick, rich hop aroma - piney and earthy. Hop bitterness early in the flavor until the malt body catches up. Finishes with a good balance of fresh hop flavor, and a sharp hop bite. wnhay (722), Princeton, New Jersey, USA
| 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 8/10 | 4/5 | 16/20 | Apr 17, 2005 Sampled in a twelve ounce bottle. Pours a nice golden color with a creamy head. Good aroma with citrus hops and caramel malts, plus orange and a touch of graitfruit. The taste was very pleasant resulting in a good session beer. I would like to try one of the IPAs from this brewery because I imagine it would be very good like this Pale Ale. Cows9 (41), Dumont, New Jersey, USA
