| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 3/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Feb 16, 2009 Bottle. Pours dark gold with a medium sized head. Aroma is of bright, citrusy hops, primarily grapefruit and tangerine. Flavors are nicely hoppy, but still well-balanced to make this a great session brew. Palate was a little light for me, but these flavors blend superbly to create a luxurious, highly-drinkable pale ale. nickd717 (1352), Palo Alto, California, USA
| 3.7 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 15/20 | Feb 10, 2009 12oz bottle. One of the better pale ales out there, even if it’s a far cry from something like Three Floyds Alpha King. Amber color with a white head. Floral hoppy aroma. Caramel malt and east coast hops create a balanced flavor. Not too exciting, but very drinkable. HARRISBURG!!! DSG (1513), Tel Aviv, Israel

Almost clear, but slight hazy, amber color with a big bubbly white head. Floral hops in the nose as well as tropical fruit hints. A balanced flavor with some slightly biscuity sweet malt and nice assertive hop bitterness with some grapefruit notes. Medium-bodied. Tasty and very easy-drinking. mrant (330), New York, USA

| 3.5 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 20, 2009 Pours a nice dark golden color with a frothy white head and nice carbonation. The nose is honeysuckle and citrus with a nice yeasty back note. Citrus follows in the mouth with pine and a nice sweetness in the mid palate. Nice bitter finish. Good beer. | 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Jan 16, 2009 Pours an amber color with a white head. Decent citrus and pine hop aroma with some caramel malts. Flavor is citrus and pine hops right away but the flavor diminishes for only a slight hoppy finish. Caramel malts don’t blend as well as I would think they would from the aroma. Not bad. BiddleBrau (329), Midland Park, New Jersey, USA
| 3.4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Jan 9, 2009 pours clear golden with light white head. faint pine and citrus aroma. Bite of the carbonation fades then Cascade hops come through. Hop flavor is slightly grassy with a bit of an aftertaste, malt plays second fiddle. Palate is light. A pretty straightforward beer.
