| 3.2 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 29, 2009 Golden color/ fleeting head. Nice piney floral hop aromas. light/medium body. Grapefruit bitter hop flavors on a thin pale malt base. Flavor is a bit of a letdown after that great smell. Ughsmash (4088), Waukesha, Wisconsin, USA
| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Dec 28, 2009 Thanks to Rich for the bottle! Poured clear, brighter golden with a short-lived cap of white head. The aroma picked up pale malts and honey (mostly honey) with toasted earth and floral accents.. a touch of orange too. The flavor found more of the honey and some crisp bready notes at the core with pine and orange bitterness around.. sharp and bitter, especially toward the back.. finished with orange zest and bready malts. Light-medium bodied with prickly carbonation on the palate.. not a great feel.. this didn’t do it for me. Rciesla (3880), Exit 15W, New Jersey, USA

| 2.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 5, 2009 12oz. Pours a clear deeper yellow with a tin white head that has okay retention and leaves some spotty lacing. Aroma is orange juice, orange peel, potpourri, some spicy hops. Taste is citrus, light caramel, dry hops, some pilsener malt and Saaz hop notes. A little boring. Dry, metallic aftertaste. Cakes (56), New Bloomfield, Pennsylvania, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Nov 21, 2009 12oz bottle. Fairly average pale ale. While quite drinkable it lacked much character. Pours light golden with white head. Nothing special. Naka (526), Indiana, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 15/20 | Nov 17, 2009 Pours a clear golden amber color with a small fizzy slightly off white head. Aroma is a clean grainy and slightly caramely sweet with a somewhat spicy hop note. Flavor is a balanced honey and bread with a nice resiny hop. This is a relatively old bottle, so I’m impressed with how well it has held up. Medium body with a crisp bitter finish. A nice beer overall.
