Nutty brown in color with a decent creamy tan head. the beer has a good roasted malty aroma and the taste is smooth with the same nutty and malt balance from the scent. The feel is smooth and tasty ROGUE (676), Newark, Delaware, USA

| 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 13/20 | Dec 24, 2008 Reddish brown pour with a minimal and rapidly disappearing head. Malty smell with maybe a hint of some nutty flavor. Too metallic in the mouth for me, and a definite disappointment as my first beer from a brewery I have heard so many good things about. rudolf (1775), Buffalo, New York, USA
