Bottled. A hazy amber beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of sweet malt and caramel. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of spices - espeically cinnamon, combined with medium notes of malt. The alcohol leaves a burn in the mouth. Thanks CaptainCougar for coming to Denmark and sharing this.

Bottle 35,5 cl. Courtesy of Miver. Hazy golden with a small, off-white head. Aroma of fruit, yeast and alcohol. Quite full-bodied with sweetish fruit, some yeast and alcohol - quite intense really. Subdued bitterness. 010209

From bottle, blindtasting #11. Pours hazy orange with an almost fully gone head. Dry liqourice/Pernot and spiced aroma. Sweet malty and slight spiced. Mild fruity accent into a dry malty and spice hoppy finish. Quite yeasty impression into the far finish.

Bottle: Pours a hazy bright golden with a well-lacing wispy white head. Aroma of sweet biscuity Belgian malt and lots of orange, clove and coriander spice. Body starts with good fullness and sweetness balanced with lots of orange and peppery spices with some licorice and lavender notes. Finishes slightly more bitter and the spices help to conceal the alcohol. A pretty authentic beer that should age well.
