Apr 29, 2009 My mom was holding a 6 of this since it came out for me. Very tasty pils, very creamy in the mouth and delicious. I guess this was more like a Czech pils? Either way, big thumbs up.

Pours a slightly hazy golden yellow with tons of bubbles streaming to the top and hedding a smallish white head that hangs on as a cap and leaves spotty lacing.
The aroma is a little sweet for the style with a bit of honey sweetness on top of the toasted grains with hints of lemon and plenty of bready dough in the nose. Hints of light fruit sweetness in there too.
The taste has a little bit more lemon up front and has a definite toasted malt presence for the back but with some honey sweetness.
Mouthfeel is very creamy and smoother than most pilseners with soft carbonation.
Another solid pilsener from PA and one of the best I’ve had in the style recently. Highly recommended.

The taste starts with a quick pulse of tartness and then moving into modest floral to spicy hop notes. It ends with an additional layer of grains and malts. Nice refreshing brew.

Apr 19, 2009 Bottle courtesy of markwise. Pours a clear yellow color with a thin white head. Aroma is grass, hay, some slight spice, hints of floral hops, honey. Flavor is also grass, hay, yeast, floral hops, honey, some hints of caramel and fresh fruit. Generally light body with a crisp finish.

Apr 16, 2009 Not bad. 12 oz for dashirey in educators’ BIF. Pours hazy gold with a white head. Nose is malt, corn, grass, and hay. Flavor is similar- malt, grass, and hops. Not a bad light-bodied warm-up beer.

Apr 12, 2009 Hmmpf. Boring pils time. Yellowish pour. Malty grainy nose with some hops. Flavor has more hops than most crappy pils. For the style this one is above average but not amazing.
