| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Dec 17, 2009 Bottled. Poured pale, almost milky golden with a short, easily-resuscitated off-white head. The aroma picked up soft bready notes accented by bananas and mild berries.. a warm, dark honey sweetness emerged with warmth. The flavor found the honey and bread again at the core, with lightly toasted earth, lemon zest, and chalky bitterness around.. more lemon sourness than bitterness on the short, grainy finish. Light-bodied and dry on the palate.. felt OK, but never any better. This was alright, but lacked that nice, somewhat bitter, crisp feel I like from my pilseners. Dusty belgian hops hints of coriander and some lemon and citric notes. A hint of honey and floral citrus. Overall decent. egajdzis (3636), Spring Mount, Pennsylvania, USA

Pours a very hazy light blonde/straw with a nice fluffly sticky white head and killer lace. Aroma is light lemon zest, herbal and flowery hops, with hints of bubblegum- tons of fresh doughy pils malts, and ligth crackery hints. Flavor is zesty and herbal hops- flowery, toasted malts, doughy bready pils, with a slight solvent lemon zest kick - light soap, yeasty dough, and continental noble hop floral and spicy kick. Clean and refreshing- dry and a nice medium bitterness. Kind of like an amped up sunshine with slightly different hops. TomDecapolis (3208), Skippack, Pennsylvania, USA
| 3.6 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 8/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 3/5 | 14/20 | Feb 9, 2009 Pours a lightly hazy golden yellow with a medium foamy white head that left rings of lacing down the sides of the glass. Aroma of lots of citrusy hops, lemon is the most pronounced but getting orange and light grapefruit too. Some breast and lightly toasted sweet malts coming through as well. Flavor of doughy, lightly sweet bready malt, some grapefruit and lightly spicy hop notes. Moderate hop bitterness. Would have liked this a little dryer. Enjoyed the aroma they got from the hops. Going to have to go look up what they used. I’m not thinking this was a traditional pils hop, but I could be wrong. daknole (3025), Scottsdale, Arizona, USA
| 3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 6/10 | 3/5 | 12/20 | Apr 12, 2009 Hmmpf. Boring pils time. Yellowish pour. Malty grainy nose with some hops. Flavor has more hops than most crappy pils. For the style this one is above average but not amazing.
