Taste is somewhat sweet, yet very yeast driven- musty, spices, bready with sugary notes as well as pils malt and citrus fruit. Finishes bready, spicy, and lightly sweet.

Sep 20, 2007 Pours a hazy golden with a ton of floaties all over...head was medium, bubbly white left some lacing. Aroma of yeast, citrus, various Belgian spicey esters, some bready pilsner type malts. Flavors of yeast, kind of a malty sweetness, on the dry side with a mix of spices and citrus also earthy with a bit of pepper.

Sep 15, 2007 12oz. Bottle: Sweet aroma. Smells of spices, coriander, yeast, floral hops, and peach. Poured yellow/gold in color with a small white head that diminished. Cloudy. Lots of tiny particles. Sparkling. Lightly bitter, very earthy flavor. Tastes of horse blanket, grass, black pepper, and yeast. I really do not like the flavor. Medium body. Average texture. Average carbonation. Barnyard-tasting finish. Overall, I don’t like this one.
