Bottle. Light malt note of straw, light grass and lemon for the hops, light earth for the yeast and a hint of wood. Head is small, fizzy, white with excellent lacing and is mostly diminishing. Color is sparkling clear light gold. Flavor starts light to moderately acidic and finishes lightly acidic and light to moderately bitter. Palate is light, dry and has a lively carbonation. A nice Pilsener and a really good drinking beer

One of my favorite summer brews. Light and crisp but not to hoppy. Excellent.

Clean aroma of herbal and floral hops over as subtle pilsner malt base. Hints of lemon. Light bodied, well carbonated mouthfeel with a soft, doughy malt texture. Excellent mouthfeel considering the lightness of the body and the carbonation cleanses the palate perfectly. Flavor of light grassy hops, lemon, and a subtle malt sweetness. Finishes dry and clean, with a lingering bitterness and a subtle sulphury bite. Clean, well executed pilsner overall, with an excellent mouthfeel, pleasant hoppiness, and refreshing finish. My only complaint is that the malt flavors are a bit thin, never developing that rich pilsner malt flavor that the best examples deliver. Thanks, Tom&#033;
