Aroma of grain, caramel and fruit. Hint of spices. Over the palate very smooth and soft feel of light spice and mellow fruit notes. Light to medium bodied with a soft carbonation. Moderated sweet flavour with a hint of acidic and bitterness. Light sweet finish. Pours a cloudy deep brown colour with a smal but steady well lasting beige head. The aroma has lots of spices, some liquorice, roasted malt, sour smoke and yeast. Very good soft and filling mouthfeel. The flavour has a good roasted maltiness with roasted caramel and a good amount of spices, liquorice, chocolate, soft bitterness, some herbs and dark fruits.
