Creamy white excellent mostly lasting head. Yellow colour. Light malty and hoppy aroma. not very hefe like. Moderate bitter flavor, lacks friuty esters but got power. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Boring but ok.

Jun 8, 2008 50cl bottle. Hazy to muddy yellow with a large egg white head. Aroma is wheat, citrus & spices - quite fresh. Hints of honey, pepper & yeast. Warmth. OK!

Unclear yellow with white head. Malty aroma with notes of wheat and spices. Hints of alcohol, coriander and honey. Small bubbled palate.

May 24, 2008 Bottle, #677/1200, thx to Maria. A hazy, orange-yellowish beer with some yeast sediments. Nice, white head. Orange-citrusy, sweetish, wheaty nose with some heather-notes. Citrusy flavor with some spice and honey notes, and a touch of coriander. Very effervescent and dryish in the mouth. Lasting fruity, citrusy finish with coriander. Slightly warming in the mouth as well. The beer is low on honey aroma and flavor, and that’s good, it works better if it’s just a gentle touch of honey. Quite nice one. (080412)

Aroma is light to moderate malty, moderate hoppy, flowers, citrus - lemon, moderate yeasty, honey. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a average to long duration. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. (120408)
