Bottle. The beer pours with some yeast clouds in an else clear, golden body, and with a minimal white head. Fruity and slightly piney nose, with tropical fruits, mostly pineappel, and a dusty feeling. The flavor is sweet and fruity, some tropical fruits here too. There’s also something strange I can’t really place, and some bitterness. Lasting effervescency, and finish with fruityness dominating. A bit strange for a tripel, but quite nice. (080411)

Bottle: Deep golden, cloudy, rapidly collapsing white head; sweet-grainy alcoholic nose, full sweet flavour, quite full bodied; sweet-fruity-malty finish. Monotonous........
