Oct 18, 2007 Fully hazy, pineapple juice colour, with white rim. Coriander, ginger, root spices, but a bit stuffy. Coriander, and a surprising bitterness in the taste - real orangepeel bitterness. Light to medium bodied, wheat-like slickness. I would call this a pleasing witbier.

Sep 21, 2007 La blanche del Troll è, come tutte le proposte di questo birrificio, piuttosto particolare e "difficile"; io ho notato fin dall’aroma una presenza massiccia di rosmarino, nonostante mi sia stato detto che non c’è. Lavanda anche se probabilmente con quella sbaglio, un po’ di coriandolo; finale molto agrumato con ritorno di rosmarino. L’aspetto è decisamente invitante; torbida e chiara (quasi luminescente) con schiuma candida. Buona!
