Unclear medium yellow color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, spicy, junipeer, moderate to light heavy peppery and pine neddle. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and light to moderate bitter with a long to average duration, very spicy. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. (060808)

Dec 9, 2008 Moderate malty and mixed flovers aroma. Huge frothy, white head. Good lacing. Mostly diminishing longevity. Clear orange body. Light bitter, acetic flavor. Medium palate and creamy texture.

Dec 4, 2008 Bottle. Large foamy off-white head that mostly lasted. Good display of lacework. Light cloudy golden color with particles in flow. Aroma was at first very peppery, with notes of star aniseed, coriander, floral, dusty flower, citrus and strong notes of resin. Medium bodied with an average carbonation and dry texture. Moderated bitter and sweet flavor in balance, a hint of acidic in there as well. Lingering pepper like and resin finish. Quite interesting with the use of resin.

Pours lightly hazy, pale golden with a small, creamy, white head. Becomes a film rather quickly. Lovely aroma, lots of pepper, some mint, subdued vanilla and malty sweetness. Medium carbonation, a bit watery. Flavour is lightly malty sweet, no hops. Pepper, roses, tulips, dryness and light ’hot’-ness.
