Short oxydized smell, but turning out very volatile. Then dry grains, faint spicy, bit grassy. Bitter, spicy flavour. If definitely tilted towards the bitter, it presents nice balance all the same. More spicy, vegetable bitter than hopbitterness. Leafy finish. Medium bodied, very slick to slightly viscous. Nice beer. I doubted à Vapeur origin originally, until I tried it.
