Aug 23, 2009 Huge, dense yellow head over yeast-laden orange-mossy beer, well-carbonated. Short oxydized smell, but turning out very volatile. Then dry grains, faint spicy, bit grassy. Bitter, spicy flavour. If definitely tilted towards the bitter, it presents nice balance all the same. More spicy, vegetable bitter than hopbitterness. Leafy finish. Medium bodied, very slick to slightly viscous. Nice beer. I doubted à Vapeur origin originally, until I tried it.

Jul 13, 2008 Light brown (caramelish) coloured beer with small white head. Candy malty like aroma. Full very little creamy palate. Finish is herby bit malty ending dry.

Jul 6, 2008 Amber coloured beer with light to no carbonation and a small white head. Malty and roasted nicely balanced aroma. Full palate. Finish is light bitter and dry near the end. Medium but nice strong ale.
