Commercial Description:
Unfiltered wheat beer brewed in the German tradition, effervescent and visibly yeasty with complex, clovey flavour. Served with a lemon wedge. Especially good on those hot summer days.

Tap NY. Pale, cloudy, white head. Banana over clove aroma. Banana and clove malty flavor with a good dose of hops in the flavor. Refreshing and crisp.

Very light yellow collor with a thin white head. Has a very spicy, lemony or melony character. Body was average. Came with a slice of lemon. A very unusual beer, and the strangest hefe I’ve had. However, one of their better offerings by far.

Dominating cloves and creamy yeast...A citrus bite excites the palate in this thin but flavorful rendition of an American Wheat...As good as their pale ale, their best offering that day...

Cloves, banana, a touch of sulfur in the nose. Straw colour with thin white, fully diminishing head. Big banana flavour with a touch of tartness toward the finish. Light and refreshing mouthfeel and decent carbonation. Simple but tasty bavarian weizen. On tap at the brewpub.
