Commercial Description:
An ultra-premium, all-malt authentic Lager beer at 5% alc./vol. Light gold colour with light grain aromas and a delicate floral and citrus hop nose. A balanced fresh malt flavour and moderate hop bitterness are rounded by deep cold aging. A versatile beer with many foods, but particularly well matched with chicken soups, lobster bisque, vinaigrette salads, chicken dishes, whitefish, shellfish, cream pastas, fruit pies, and light creamy cheeses.

bottle. slightly hazy golden pour with large white head. Aroma is malty, lightly acidic, faintly hoppy, and honey. Flavor is sweet honey malt with a faintly spicy flavor. Solid but nothing too crazy.

pours amber with a small head that fades to a nice lace, smell is strawberry, toffee/caramel. taste is very sweet for a lager, a little bit of an artificial sweet taste at the end, almost mint leafy aftertaste that does last, good lager body refreshing feeling. pretty good, keeping in mind it is inbetween dollar beer and premium beer prices for a pack

Bottle from brewery fridge yesterday. Gold blonde with dense white cap. Smell yeast and sweet cereal grain. Bile or vomit sharp note. Taste is sweet with unfortunate peanut butter flavors, over some clashing sweet malts and rusty dirty flavors. PEANUT??

Thanks to xmarcnolanx for sharing this one with me. Pours clear golden / blond with a thin bubbly translucent head. The aroma has diacetyl, must, minimally toasted malt and veggies. Medium smooth body with a touch of harshness and light carbontion. The flavor starts spicy with hops and clean malt, but then green veggies hit and linger a lot. I don’t know if it is age, but this sample wasn’t very good.

Bottle courtesy of matt7215. Pours gold with a thin white head. Smells of soap, earthy, dry. Tastes fruity and dry with a pils malt backbone.

Appearance is golden with a piss-like white wisp of head. Aroma is slightly nutty, malty, butter, and flowers. Taste is slightly slick, hoppy (floral/grassy). Finish is slick and slightly bitter.

341mL bottle from an in-person trade with matt7215, thanks Matt. Pours a deeper golden with a small white cap, very nice looking. The aroma is very typical of this brewer, very distinctive malt character, a bit of boiling mash, worty, bready and sweet. Nice. Flavour is very reflective of the aroma, a tad creamy, almost like the cream ale, but still lagerish enough. Crisp. Not much hops except for some citrus zing in the finish. Another very solid offering from a fantastic brewer.
