Draft. Pours very light yellow with a white head. Has a somewhat grassy aroma. Light easy drinker with a decent finish of noble hops.

Bottle. Poured very pale yellow with a foamy white head. Little lacing. Aromatic grassy nose. Light malty body with a not unpleasant astringent finish. This is not really full nor bitter enough for a pilsener, but is a worthy helles. It’s low enow in alcohol to be a good session or after work bier.

Very very pale and light rendition of a pils here. Call it Pils Urquell Light. Just take 12oz of Pils Urquell, add 12oz of seltzer water and this is what you get.

Had this one on tap in Salzburg, Austria. Nice light flavor. Goes down easy and really cleanses the palate. Golden color with the slightest bite on the after-taste.

12 oz. bottle. Very pale. decent white foam, shows good conditioning. Fresh pale sugar smack malt, medium to light bodied, clean bitterness and slight noble hop flavor. Fairly soft yet with a little twang o’ crispness. Better than the draft version I’ve tried.

Served in a lovely tower glass from the tap. Golden color with adequate head. Light ester, sulfur, and sweetness in the nose. Flavor of sweet, estery malt and again sulfur. Not impressed.

Pours a light gold with a soapy white head that lasts a while. Grainy aroma with hints of citrus. Slightly sweet flavor with a touch of citrus and a slightly bitter finish. OK brew.

Draft at Oregon Brewers Festival, Portland, OR. White small head that mostly lasted, spotty lacing, very little carbonation observed, transparent, and a pale yellow hue. The nose was malty, grainy notes, and lightly hoppy. The flavor was semi-sweet, malty and lightly hoppy. Tingly mouthfeel and light-medium body. Definitely not impressed with this brew as it is weak for the style which was a turnoff. Not one that I will have again.
