Bottled(500ml). -Weizen by the book. Cloudy dark orange coloured, typical big head for this style, banana nose. Banana is dominant here. Pleasant wheaty and spicy with acidic lemony finish.Very refreshing. My third Trumer and by far the best.

On tap at Villa Florentino in SF. Pours a cloudy deep yellow color with a medium fluffy white head. Solid banana and clove esters to the aroma. Rich wheat flavor and lemon tones to the taste. Delicious.

A very nice wheat beer that was not overly carbonated, nor did it have a vast amount of floating yeast. This was a very drinkable weizen with a slight hint of bubble gum mixed with a fruity orange peel flavor. Very good.

Bottled. A hazy golden coloured beer which has a nice large white head on pouring but it disappears in a jiffy which is a shame. The aroma is huge bananas and a touch of spice. The taste is more banana and a little lemon. Quite dry and reasonably full bodied. A good effort.

A hazy orange beer with a small white head. The aroma is very wheaty with some sour notes. The flavor sweet wheaty with notes of lemon and banana - on a sour wheaty background.
