Cask - The Bull, Horton Kirby. Clear, golden amber with a fine off-white head leaving a slight lacing. Juicy, fruity & light floral hop notes, bit of spice & yeast. Good crisp fruity, floral hops, slight caramel and biscuity malt flavours. Rounded, mostly soft mouthfeel, bit of fizz, a lingering citic, grassy hop finish and a medium body.

Cask at the Cask Pub & Kitchen on 14th October 2009. Amber with white head. Very bitter with slight spice notes and a tickling texture on back of throat and tongue. Not a favourite, but was definitely well kept by the pub.

Courtesy chzman. Gold. White head. Crisp, floral, grassy, citrus hops on top of a pale malt base. Nice bitter hop bite on the dry finish. Medium/light body, moderate carbonation. Easy drinking hoppy pale, great for the summer time.

Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a beige head. The aroma is sweet and acicid, while the flavor is sweet mlaty with notes of elderberries, leading to a dry finish. The body is thin.

A Mes rate: bottle thanks to Tom.
A pale golden brown with a medium white head. Gorgeous citric hops that are clearly American and very enjoyable all round. The good pale malt base and slight mineral notes from the water back it up really well. Slight fatty resinous feel in places but it’s not a spoiler. Leafy hop finish with lots of grapefruit. Nice and dry. Good stuff.

(Bottle 50 cl) Courtesy of Ungstrup. Hazy golden with a dense, off-white head. Very citrusy nose with a somewhat astringent almost Brettish nose. Medium body with some fat hop accents, some citrus and a dry and bitter finish. Pleasant and very drinkable. 160408
