Nov 25, 2009 Cask - The Bull, Horton Kirby. Poured a golden amber with a fine, loose and frothy white head. Bready & caramel malts with citrus, earthy hops on the nose. Some acidity on the tongue with grapefruit & orange hop notes as well as a light woodiness. Crisp mouthfeel, lingering bitterness, a really fresh & soft palate.

Oct 12, 2009 Cask at the Wenlock Arms, London on 11th October 2009. Amber with dissipating off white head. Very dry and hoppy with a slight hint of smokiness; long dry finish and a dry mouthfeel.

Oct 12, 2009 Cask at GBBF 2009. Thin white head. An acidic IPA. Very earthy hop aroma. Very dry finish. Bit of wood in the flavour. Grew on me. Decent hoppy sting. Quite a lovely IPA in the end.

Oct 11, 2009 Cask conditioned at Charters Bar, Peterborough. Gold to amber with white head. Fruity citrus notes right from the start, really very pleasant and light, orangey, fresh. A very decent beer.
