Boring crappy Chinese beer. But way better than the local beer, that once I get back to Guilin, I’ll actually rate. Anyway, it’s slightly better than the stuff back home, with a thin exture and a very watery flavor. A little bit bitter, but you’ll really notice that they stuck some rice in there. The Germans would be pissed if they knew what the Chinese are doing with their brewery.

Bottled. Pale golden, creamy head. Sweet and mellow with some DMS. Light bodied, but not thin. Very low bitterness.
