Commercial Description:
Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water. The domestically-grown hops used to brew Tsingtao are of such high quality that they are also exported to European breweries. Tsingtao also uses the finest yeast and barley imported from Australia and Canada in its brewing process.

Bottle- Export Version. Pours like every other Asian pale lager. High carbonation. Slight hoppy bitterness. Body is light and metallic. Aftertaste is cardboard. Very watery overall. If there is one beer world mantra it is: green bottle = bad. Except for Pilsner Urquell.

Bottle. Smells skunky so maybe I got a ’’bad’’ one. About the best thing I can say about this is it doesn’t taste that bad and doesn’t have an aftertaste.

(Bottle). Slight hoppy aroma. Pale golden body, disappearing head. Not much flavor at all, watery, bland, pretty terrible.

Light yellow beer. The falvour and aroma are quite hard to describe, as they are very subtle at most. Slight notes of malt and metallic hops and quite strong notes of water. Yawn!

Bottle. Pours light golden with short-living head and no lacing. Qiute weak on the nose, of faint malt and hops. And weak and watery on the palate too. Not great.

bottle, label does not match the picture at all, but the imported beer claimed to be a tsingtao beer acc. to my notes. i probably spelled tsingtao wrong, as no tsingtao beer exists.. sampled at a chinese restaurant in alcudia spain. aroma-mainly hoppy, sweet notes behind that. appearance-yellow , thick white head. flavor-not very strong flavor. sweet faint hops, sawdusty sweet notes. even though very weak, it is nicely balanced.

Pours golden with a small white head. Aroma is light and of pale malts and a tiny bit of hops. Flavor is pale malt with a small amount of hop crispness. Not that bad.
