stobbe74 (655), Denmark Aug 21, 2008 Bottle, 33cl. Pours a very clear and very pale beer, with a white head. The aroma is full of rice and a little malt. The flavor is pilsnermalt, with a slightly yeasty sweetness and a mild ending. The palate is refreshing. Overall not a big tasting experience, but a refreshing lager beer. thejoeshow (232), Saint Paul, Minnesota, USA Aug 17, 2008 12 oz bottle. Pours a crystal clear thin, pale yellow color with a not so substantial head. There is a complete lack of head retention. Nose has a bit of skunkiness going on but passed that there is hints of grain and a touch of DMS. There is a bit of skunk to start and then mostly light malt flavor with a slight bitterness at the end. Very light bodied and easy to drink. My opinion: just another mass produced American Lager that doesn’t really stand out from the crowd. gameface23 (131), Haverhill, Massachusetts, USA Aug 16, 2008 Very crisp, very dry. Standard lager taste. Goes well with Chinese food. Pale straw color with high carbonation. Steinface (77), Hatfield, Pennsylvania, USA Aug 16, 2008 A pretty boring lager, the Chinese did not do much but add a bit of rice flavor to spice it up. mostly tastes and feels like water. Borresteijn (1347), Amstelveen, Netherlands Aug 12, 2008 Bottle @ Chinese restaurant. Sweet lager, rice taste, slightly hoppy finish. OK. Skidds (252), Ottawa, Ontario, Canada Aug 7, 2008 I like this one more than I thought I would. Tasted perfect with the spicy Vietnamese cuisine at the restaurant. It has all the normal lager characteristics, but it is a lot more sweet than the typical lager. Interesting. Wim (1278), Turnhout, Belgium Aug 7, 2008 gold blond coloured sparkling body with a white head a hoppy wallnuts aroma a hoppy wallnuts taste with a sweet bitter finish smjohnst (202), , Pennsylvania, USA Aug 7, 2008 Decent aroma, very weak and poor taste. It wasn’t watery it just didn’t have alot of flavor. Pretty crisp but there just wasn’t much to it.
