Aroma is classic lager yeast and sweet corn notes. Flavour is as expected, slightly sweet with some corn notes. Asked a chinese guy at Sanlitun, Beijing what TSINGTHAO means, and he reply was: "This Shit Is No Good, Try Another One". But it is not that bad i think.

Combination of malts and corn flavors, perhaps even little rice. Light bodied, about what I expected. It pleasantly compliments the heat of Vietnamese food. | 3.1 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 6/10 | 3/5 | 8/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Aug 4, 2008 Clear golden blond coloured beer with small white head and medium carbonation. Sweet (nuts) aroma. Full slightly creamy palate. Finish is first little bitter later you taste walnuts. Quite longer finish. Special one, I appreciated it very much. Keep the nuts coming. eaglecoug (4), , Washington, USA does not count | 4 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 4/5 | 7/10 | 4/5 | 18/20 | Aug 4, 2008 I liked this beer and think most of the comments for this beer is tainted by personal issues these people have with Chinese people and not the beer.
Good taste with a pleasant after taste. blipp (1637), Newark, New Jersey, USA

But I had to kill my China rate. I guess I learned my lesson the hard way. This brew was skunk juice mixed with dirty China water.
