Tsingtao

Not good at all. I just had this to post a Chinese rating. Bitter, harsh, highly carbonated.

Pours pale clear yellow, Large medium-dense white foam head. Just a little bubbling. Aroma is good a skunky at first like a nice pilsenser, but then closer inspection reveals sharp corn malt to the nose. Tastes like sweet sugar water with trace amounts of malt and hops mixed in maybe somewhere, but hard to detect.. Palate is a little tingly. Finish is a little harsh. Tastes much better in shenzhen.

Was the only option I had in a Chinese restaurant once and I actually liked it. Maybe it was because I thought I’d hate it, but it wasn’t bad. I’d certainly get it again, but not something I’d go looking for. I’ve hear of it being skunky.

Yellow color and clear with a thin head. Off smell with a little hops and a touch of malts. Taste is weak, water with malts like tea.

Pours a nice golden color there is nothing spectacular about this beer but it is a solid easy drinking beer ... if it was american it would hang with yuengling bud miller coors on the shelf a safe one

into pint, had at a chinese restaurant. Was not bad, better than most macros, and went well with the food, served its purpose as a sessionable companion to the food.

12 ounce bottle- prototypical lager, pours out clear yellow with a white head, heavy carbonation. Pretty typical taste, kind of light to watery strong on malt, hops virtually absent. Average.

Thin, malty, lively on the tongue with a weak attempt at bitterness in the finish. Similar to a Budweiser.
