Commercial Description:
Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water. The domestically-grown hops used to brew Tsingtao are of such high quality that they are also exported to European breweries. Tsingtao also uses the finest yeast and barley imported from Australia and Canada in its brewing process.

Absolutely banal beer. Tasted at decent Chinese Restaurant. Reminiscent of Miller high life. Corny sweetness w/light hops. Bubbly on tongue, yet sticky going down. Couldn’t drink much...

A strange beer that had weak tastes but really quenched your thirst and had you coming back for more to get the flavours.I didn,t mind it at all but nothing tops.

Moderate hoppy aroma. Large frothy, white head. Fair lacing. Mostly diminishing longevity. Clear sparkling, yellow body. Light acidic initial flavor. Light palate.

This is a good, solid and tasty lager and one I’ve had a number of times but not frequently. It is a slightly deeper gold than usual, with a thick, big white head that slowly dissipates to a small ring, a little bubbly but not very. The aroma is basically standard for the type but stronger and more pungent and flowery than most. It smells of malt, grain and a bit of flowery hops. The taste is grain, a little sweet, with definite hoppy bitterness, more strongly flavoured, sweet and bitter than Tsingtao Pure Draft and more hoppy/bitter than many other pale lagers like Sapporo (otherwise rather similar). It has some alcoholic warmth, body, and a longish grain aftertaste.

Pours a clear, very pale yellow with a dimminishing white head. Slightly bitter. Pilsner malts flavors with quite grassy hops aromas. Short dry finish. Light bodied. Medium carbonation.

Aroma of dusty hobs, mainly sweet malty flavor with nothing else going on. Standart, harmless and good for what it is.
