crushinat0r (227), Toronto, Ontario, Canada May 29, 2007 Light and inoffensive. No different than any other light beer out there. I suppose it’s nice on a sunny day. But basically beery fizzy water. TheJester (694), Peterborough, Ontario, Canada May 21, 2007 330 mL bottle, 4.5%. Very light gold with a film of head. Mild aroma; grasses and malt. Taste is mild as well, with sweet malt and just the faintest taste of bitter hops. Quite heavily carbonated. Not much finish. Inoffensive, but boring. Soonah (900), Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA May 19, 2007 Pour was a crystal clear light golden color with a thin, soapy white head that left no lacing. Really rough aroma initially. Really acidic, almost cat piss like aroma comes through with the pour. Goes away as it opens up, but it’s extremely off putting. The flavor is a mild, sweet malt and a bit of yeast. Not terrible. Sweet finish that tried like hell to make up for the bad first impression the aroma gave me. Maria (6056), Thisted, Denmark May 17, 2007 Golden with an aroma, that has notes of straw and malt. The flavour is non-offending, slightly sweet with notes of malt and a light hoppy bitterness. 2128 SWToxaClassico (14), Nescopeck, Pennsylvania, USA May 16, 2007 Bottle: I sometimes order this instead of Sapporo Black Label at my favorite Sushi restaurant. One day I ordered Sapporo and then Tsing Tao and the waitress was offended and asked what was wrong with the Sapporo. This beer has a pleasing taste with a good heartiness and good carbonation. It is good to cleanse the palate with a plate of sushi. smartlung (154), Valrico, Florida, USA May 15, 2007 bottle - small head - actually slight sweet and detect a fair amount of hops. Actually was pretty enjoyable with dinner BREWMUSKCLES (1062), New Jersey, USA May 13, 2007 i have never noticed a bad aroma around this beer. this is a very good beer when pared with certain foods. it has a pleasant fruit taste and is clean and refreshing. it even has a bit of body to it. you could drink this by itself... on a hot day. moderate bubbles. not bad at all. bit of a hidden bite on the tip of the tongue. theisti (1640), Leawood, Kansas, USA May 11, 2007 Bottle. Pour was a bit skunk, but when I let the head settle, aroma mostly mild hop. Certainly can tell the adjunct used in this one is rice. Flavor isn’t bad, and when cold, nice pair to Chinese food.
