daniel0017 (232), Ontario, Canada Oct 2, 2006 I’d put this one and Heineken in the same class as far as quality goes. The aroma is predominantly metallic with a hint of lime. Pours out golden yellow with a rapidly fading head. Tastes great, one of the best features of this beer: a well-balanced iron, hops and biiter lime concoction that is borderline skunky. Perfect balance of carbonation with the taste. zebracakes (1214), Washington DC, USA Oct 1, 2006 Bottle. Pours clear yellow with white head. Aroma is malt and skunk. Flavor is the same with a sweet rice aftertaste. Quillaraymi (88), USA Oct 1, 2006 Well, I though this beer had been open for years before I drink it. It didn’t have a cronw at all and the flavor was almost none. I tryed this beer for the first time in a Chinese Rest. in Panama City called Fung Lung or something like this. jetzler (622), oklahoma city, Oklahoma, USA Sep 30, 2006 Bottle 37F Lager. Fairly cold not too much skunk or as much rice flavor as I had expected, not good but not great by any means, but not as ricey as I expected at all. Illini08 (528), Raleigh, North Carolina, USA Sep 29, 2006 Green bottle = horrible skunky aroma. Tasted alright however. Light malt up front with a slightly bitter finish. I think this is my first Chinese beer though. Harsebrau (164), Kansas City, Missouri, USA Sep 26, 2006 Pale yellow with a fizzy white head. Slight bitter hop aroma. Watery, light flavor of hops and yeast. wrxkaboom (15), juneau, Alaska, USA Sep 18, 2006 A skunky smell from the bottle common with other chinese beers. Poor a light yellow, tastes of tice and malts. Rather unremarkable and bland flavor. Nothing special or truely objectionable. chimpscampee (556), Madison, Wisconsin, USA Sep 18, 2006 A bit of acidic grainy wheat/straw alcohol bite. More flavour than raters are giving it credit for (or maybe it just the chinese food aroma that has given me thirst and hunger)
