Ungstrup (14754), Frederiksberg, Denmark Nov 5, 2002 A golden beer with a small but OK head. It has a very hoppy aroma. And a very fresh prickling flavor - do I detect some brewing cereal? It has a nice bitterness - but for me new type of hoppiness. A very refreshing beer. Papsoe (14642), Frederiksberg, Denmark Dec 3, 2005 (Bottle 33 cl) 4.5% ABV in my version. Pilsener golden with a creamy, white head. Lovely nose full of aroma hops. Soft and quite sweetish malty with a touch of chicken fodder (from the added corn or rice). No real bitterness. 291105 omhper (12155), Stockholm, Sweden Mar 28, 2002 Yellow coloured. Rice aroma, ratehr sweet, not exactly full bodied.
