Commercial Description:
Tsingtao Beer has a pleasant aroma and a well-balanced taste. It has high-malty flavor and well-hopped character. Tsingtao is produced with spring water from Laoshan, a mountain area famous throughout China for the purity of its water. The domestically-grown hops used to brew Tsingtao are of such high quality that they are also exported to European breweries. Tsingtao also uses the finest yeast and barley imported from Australia and Canada in its brewing process.

This isn't too bad. Poured a light straw yellow with nearly no head and almost non existant lacing. Light but pleasant flavor. Moderate carbonation. This might be Decent on a hot day.

Bottled. By itself, its a bit non-descript. With a Chinese meal, the slight sweetness and grassiness worked well as a counterbalance to the food. Serves a purpose.

Pale yellow lager. Had it cold with a 10-course chinese dinner for which it fitted perfectly, which explains why I’ve upped the Overall score a bit :)

White head that disappear fast, pale yellow body, not a bad taste but a little watery. A good beer to quench thirst and with a hot meal, but standalone it is not exceptional.

i have never noticed a bad aroma around this beer. this is a very good beer when pared with certain foods. it has a pleasant fruit taste and is clean and refreshing. it even has a bit of body to it. you could drink this by itself... on a hot day. moderate bubbles. not bad at all. bit of a hidden bite on the tip of the tongue.

I can’t believe I used to "like" this beer. Very very odd. Pours a crystal clear yellow with a small ring of white foam around the top. Aroma of apple cider, which, funnily enough, is exactly how it tastes. I don’t know if it was my batch/bottle/glass but I could swear it tasted like a cider/beer hybrid. Very odd. Undercarbonated and thin. Some notes of alcohol. No aftertaste. Done and done.

bottle - small head - actually slight sweet and detect a fair amount of hops. Actually was pretty enjoyable with dinner

Pours clear with a slight amber color and a very white foamy head. Malty grassy aroma. Taste is clean and crisp with some malty hints. Not my favorite, but not terrible.
