Very light in color. Much subtler than the Pale Ales that I am used to. Quinten (969), zaandam, Netherlands

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 4/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Feb 4, 2006 From a 12 oz. distinctive Tsingtao green bottle with no freshness date served in a standard pint glass. Made a decent appearance, poured a clear pale straw yellow with a nice white bubbly head that reduced to a minimally sticking thin lacing. Had largely a clean aroma, a faint graininess and floral hops. Overall, medium carbonation and a thin medium bodied mouth feel, average drinkability. Clean tasting, a smooth graininess and a light sweetness, just a touch of a sulfur yeastiness, a soft hop bite towards the crisp bready finish and a lingering soft sourness in the aftertaste.

| 2.8 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 7/10 | 2/5 | 5/10 | 3/5 | 11/20 | Sep 14, 2007 Massive strong hoppy aroma leaps from the glass. The hoppiness is retained in the flavour of the beer but unfortunately it doesn’t offer more than that. The aftertaste is quite watery as is the texture. Not bad overall though. dj (422), Gloucestershire, England

A musty, citric aroma. Taste of hops with some sweetness and a hint of rice. A citric finish. Moderate carbonation. A perfectly acceptable, refreshing lager. crabcakes (19), Duluth, Minnesota, USA

This is a great entry into Asian been as it is readily available. Not necessarily the best Asian beer readily available, but readily available none the less.
