Commercial Description:
Heartful, strong Weizenbierschmankerl with typical yeast turbidity. Its unmistakable colour receives it by the addition from aromatic dark dunkelmalz.

Poured from bottle a cloudy dark-amber with a large slightly off-white head. Aroma is malty sweet with a little tart citrus and a faint clove and banana. Flavor is sweet with malt, caramel, yeast, dough and a hint of banana and clove. Palate is creamy and sweet with a little carbonation tang. Overall ok, but lacks the more spicy clove and banana traits I like in a weizen. Very similar to the Tucher helles weizen except for the caramel trait in the dunkles.

Bottle. Cloudy brown pour with a thick off white head. Typical bananas and cloves aroma. Sweet malty wheat flavor with a light nutty toasted essence. Pretty good.

50cl bottle from Willow Bend Liquors (Tampa, FL). Pours a dark brown/caramel color with a massive white-tan head. Excellent head retention and lacing. Aroma is mainly sweet malt with hints of caramel, brown sugar, grain, bread, and yeast. Flavor is sweet and malty as well with slightly subdued caramel and brown sugar and more prominent notes of roasted marshmallow, bread, yeast, and a hint of spice. Generally medium-bodied with a smooth, slightly sweet finish.

Bottle brown, 500 ml
Appearance: Hazy amber to rubby colour of body with lively carbonation, head is dense rocky, off - white, almost like beige cappuccino, very slowly decreasing and giving some lacing.
Aroma: Accidic, minerla nose with some hints of toasty malty and wheaty notes, slightly burned, but very mild, definitely not roasty, pop - corn hints.
Flavour: Front is barley like mixed with some wheat malt on palate slight bitterness and some hints of sweet tosatyness on palate, rusty metal, blood. All in all flavour is not bad, but weak. Finish feel is very mild grassy aromatic hoppy nose. Finish duration is short.
Palate: Texture is smooth, wattery and a bit creamy, carbonation on palate is soft. Finish feel is flat, rusty but wattery, quite natural.

Ah this was a good beer. Pours a copper amber color with a nice off white head that leaves lacing. Aromas of roasted malts and toasted bread. Flavor is very nice. Wheats, caramel malts and biscuit flavors throughout. Nice brew. Reccomended
