Commercial Description:
Tuckerman Brewing Co.’s flagship beer. Our interpretation of an American style Pale Ale, it is brewed using English and Belgian specialty malts and four different domestic whole hops. It is dry hopped and bottle conditioned, creating a beer with a strong malt character and a floral yet spicy hop quality. Tuckerman Pale Ale will be available year round. Currently, it is our introductory beer and is our only brew available.

12oz bottle. Pours a light, slightly hazy copper color with a foamy white head. Aroma is sweet malt, mild spice and floral hoppyness. Flavors of dry malts are found throughout with a slightly bitter hoppy finish.

On tap at Asgard, Cambridge. Hazy amber colour. Clean, with a developing citrus character. Restrained and easy drinking. Refreshing, if straightforward. A decent quaffing APA.

Appearance is a dark golden color. Aroma is of malts and hops. Taste has a smooth malt flavor with hints of hops in the back end. Not much of an aftertaste. A good old American brew from the white mountains of NH.

Tap. Copper with 5mm white head. Aroma of grass, citrus, and something odd, almost like seaspray. Caramel and bready malts. Inviting. Flavour is full, fruity and grassy, with a solid malt base. good balance. Medium body, carbonation is lively and refreshing. Pretty good.

Amber pour with small head that dissipates slowly. Aroma has a nice citrus profile with toasty caramel malt. Flavor is floral, fruity, and piney with a sweet malt backbone. Palate is medium bodied, while the finish is clean and crisp. Pretty tasty, I enjoyed tasting this one.

Draft. Mostly clear pale amber with a small lasting head. Light aromas of resin and caramel. Tastes of caramel, resin, light citrus and toasted nut. Light-medium body is easily drinkable and finishes dry.

Tap at ACBF 2009: Hazy golden with a tan bubbly head- citrusy and grassy aroma with a light biscuit note. Light body with a dry flavor- some biscuity notes, grassy hop character and a mildly citric note. Pretty nice session.
