Commercial Description:
Tuckerman Brewing Co.’s flagship beer. Our interpretation of an American style Pale Ale, it is brewed using English and Belgian specialty malts and four different domestic whole hops. It is dry hopped and bottle conditioned, creating a beer with a strong malt character and a floral yet spicy hop quality. Tuckerman Pale Ale will be available year round. Currently, it is our introductory beer and is our only brew available.

(Draught) Pours a lightly hazy orange body with a small white head. Aroma of caramel, citrus, and florals. Flavor of mild floral hops, little soap, and dull earthiness with a watery mouthfeel. Blah...

12 oz. bottle on 7/25/2008 Aroma - LIght grain and fruit, some faint spicy and herbal notes Appearance - Clear amber and a medium white head, fair lace Flavor - Solid honey like sweetness followed by a gently spicy bitterness Palate - Medium body, light carbonation and a tendency toward being watery, dry finish Overall - Pleasant enough to drink, but without any exemplary qualities, an average APA.

Lighter amber pour with a minimal head. Slight hoppy pine on the aroma, as well as a sturdy malt backbone. Not pearticularly noteworthy, but decent and drinkable.

Pale golden. Pretty tasteless, mildly corny. "Pales" in comparison to what else you can get locally in NH.

Golden, somewhat cloudy colored, topped with a small white head. Not much lace left on the glass. The aroma is nice, something of a mild sweet apricot smell with hops mixed in. The taste however is fairly bland. Hops and a citrus flavor are detected but the flavor overall was a little weak. I wanted a bit more of a kick and more of a finish.
