Nose of java and stale wet malts. Homebrewy, nutty, pourly carbonated and about as shitty as all their beers save for the Chernoble. ¾ (4999), Colorado, USA
| 2.3 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 5/10 | 2/5 | 4/10 | 3/5 | 9/20 | Jun 7, 2008 Draft at the brewery. Little to no head on a dark and muddy brown body. Wet and pale nose and flavor, sticky, oily, low carbonation, doesn’t sit right on the palate. Stale old bran muffin flavors, little to no coffee presence. Pretty bad, but not surprising.
