on tap-pours a light tan head with mahogany color. Aroma is sweet dark malt-chocolate/molasses, dark fruit-prune/plum/raisin. Roastiness comes out as the beer warms.
Taste is very sweet dark malt-chocolate/molasses, dark fruit-prune/plum/raisin/cheery. Roastiness comes out as the beer warms. Mild carbonation.
