How: Tap at brewpub
The look: Clear blonde body topped by a long-lasting small white head
In long: Pleasant nose with a true farmhouse character, this smells like taking a walk in the countryside. Body is wheaty and doughy, taste is clean, a light tartness, quite a bit of floral hop juice, light funkyness. In total disagreement with previous (and only) rater. This is a nice Saison. I was really surprised to find such a speciality beer in a touristy pub in the fake touristy Atlantic City, that’s like finding a real music lover at a Hip-Hop concert.
