Commercial Description:
This amber is both drinkable and tasty, with pleasing hoppiness and smooth maltyness. A touch of dark malts gives it a ruddy redness and a hint of dark chocolate. A bit more flavorfull, but still very drinkable, ale

Nice dark red color on this one, with little aroma. It went down pretty watery in the beginning and had a strong soap-like hop taste in the end with some metallic sensations. Probably the worst red I’ve every had. Possible that I got a bad batch, or the glass wasn’t washed out. I also experienced this sensation with the Devil Dog.

Deep copper/red pour with light creamy head and lace. Aroma of light caramel maltiness. A bit of a cough syrup, caramel malt, very light hops and a hint of abv creeping through. Fizzy and thin but easy to drink.

Sample at the brew pub: Pours a deep and clear amber color with a minimal off-white head and very little lacing. Light malt aroma with touches of hops. Medium body with an overall bitter character, along with hints of roasted malt. The finish is midly bitter with a rather flavorless aftertaste of hops. Barely average overall.

Draft at the Tavern - Solid amber. Probably the deepest red I have seen thus far. Almost no head by the time it reached the table. Light maltiness with a bit of toasiness. Enjoyable
