Bottle. Aroma: Fresh mown grass, hop leaves, carmel malt, citrus, and some spiciness. Appearance: Very hazy, and deep gold in color. Head was off-white, thick and creamy. Head dissipated into a nice cap that coated the top of beer. Nice lacing throughout. Flavor: Grassy, spicy, and resinous hops up front. Nice biscuity malt flavor underneath. Very hoppy up front, but the caramel and malt flavors break through in the middle and on the finish. Palate: Medium bodied, but just barely. This beer seems a little to light in the mouth. Carbonation seemed a bit high, as well. The beer really comes together in the middle of the taste, and then the carbonation comes in and wipes it away. Wish it was a little fuller and smoother. Overall: I wish this beer tasted as good as it smelled. Also, this seems much more like an IPA than an APA. As it is, it doesn’t really work in either catergory. Worth a try, but kind of disappointing.

Bottle at zeno’s. Very good Pale Ale. Extremely sweet aroma that invites you in. Good pale look with notable head. Well hopped tast, in fact that is really what you are tasting. Very drinkable and goes down really smooth. Cheers!

This beer is golden in appearane. Most notable is the overpowering flavor with hops, hops, and more hops. It has a long, lingering aftertaste

Nice amber color with a pretty big frothy head that is starting to lace well. Aromas are of apple, fresh bread, light caramel, with a bit of cumin (?) in the background. This is a unique aroma... worth opening just for the scents. Flavor is punctuated by crisp hops, but there is a slight bitter/sour character that is a little off, with the hops picking up some of the slack at the end, but it still doesn’t sit quite right...

Bottle. Pours foggy, amber orange with tight white head. Excellent lacing. Hoppy aroma with very strong citrus. Very clean, dry hop flavors, with smooth orange and pine. Exceptionally velvety mouthfeel – glides down the throat. Understated, mellow, but full-flavored.

Poured to a golden color with orange tint, off-white head that dissipated fairly quickly and okay lacing. Very hoppy aroma and taste. The hops were much too dominant, especially since I was having with a spicy meal, after a couple other beers, and still came thru strong. inish was also more sour than I expected Okay, but I was somewhat dissappointed in this one.

Pours a brownish amber color with a medium off-white head. Aroma is of citrus and pine hops, caramel, and some sweet malt. Flavor starts off with the sweet malts and then quickly gives way to the hops. Bitterness doesn’t linger as much as I thought it would. This brew is better then I expected but not my favorite.

Ah, not that special. Seemed like an APA trying to be an IPA. Not sure if the brewer pretends this to be an APA or an IPA, but I’m not buying the APA classification. Poured a yellow to slight orange color with a nice head and really nice lacing. The aroma was hoppy and not much else, some pine and citrus. The flavor followed suit, but was a bit weak (outside of bitterness). Not enough malt to back this one up and the mouthfeel was light.
