Feb 22, 2004 Updated: Nov 19, 2007Pours golden copper with an off-white head. Aroma is lightly malty and very floral/perfumy. Flavor has plenty of hoppy grapefruit/citrus, pine, wood, pepper, floral qualities with some caramel too. Taste is plesantly sweet and very bitter but I like that. Mouthfeel is full, round and creamy with moderate carbonation. Great lacing and head retention too. Highly recommended!

Feb 16, 2004 BOTTLE. Coppery orange color with small head. Strong hop aroma of grapefruit and pine, with some maltiness. Flavor is full bodied, maybe a little too hoppy, but very potable and quite a long bitter finish.

Feb 13, 2004 Updated: Apr 9, 2007Sounds like hot pockets. Regular APA nose, some toast and bread scented hops. Regular APA flavor, lightly creamy, fairly bitter and coarse in the finish for an APA. An all around drinkable beer, but nothing impressive.

Feb 13, 2004 Pretty run of the mill APA. A little hoppy with a sight bite in the aftertaste. Could have a number of these and enjoy each one as it goes down smooth and doesn't impose itself with any off taste.
