Commercial Description:
Tuppers’ Hop Pocket Pils is made via a complex hopping schedule which includes dry hopping for weeks over whole-flower Saaz and Mt. Hood hops. Also used are Saaz, Mittelfruh, Spalt and Mt. Hood in the kettle. The beer is bottled and keg conditioned which provides very fine carbonation and a fine head.

A nice Pils (coming frm someone not usually a Pils drinker). The hops were great and very enjoyable. The head made for a great sight - I enjoyed this and have repurchased since.

Pale whitish yellow with fine, interlaced head. Unique, lightly doughy aroma with delicate flowers. Flavor has a slight, woodsy and dry bitterness but congeals with the malt to form a concoction not unlike fresh biscuits, butter and honey. I really, really liked this one. Too bad I didn’t get a chance to try the ale.

Pours with a cloudy orangish-gold body topped by a thick head with lots of lacing. It’s slightly sweet, fruity and floral with a grassy hoppiness and a piney hop finish. Light to medium bodied and smooth with a slight dryness.

Bottle. - Light golden, slightly hazy colour. Grassy, slightly spicy nose. The taste is fresh, clean and hoppy/grassy, with a slight malty dryness. Good overall impression!

Bottle: Poured a golden color pils with super huge fluffy white head with good retention. Aroma of well balances floral hops. Taste is quite refreshing with a good malt backbone and nice crisp hops. Body is above your average pils. Very good for the style.

12 oz bottle. Pale yellow with a seriously tall, fluffy white head. Lacing goes to the bottom. Nose of straw and hops. Taste is hoppier than expected for a Pils, but without the bitterness you would expect. Flavor dances on the tongue then finishes clean. Can "zippy" apply to a beer? It does here! Excellent departure from the thin popular pils wannabees out there. A solid beer.
