Commercial Description:
Tuppers’ Hop Pocket Pils is made via a complex hopping schedule which includes dry hopping for weeks over whole-flower Saaz and Mt. Hood hops. Also used are Saaz, Mittelfruh, Spalt and Mt. Hood in the kettle. The beer is bottled and keg conditioned which provides very fine carbonation and a fine head.

Foggy Golden Color Slight white head… Little lacing, but quite bubbly. Nice Hop aroma with a hint of hidden citrus. Taste was Fruity at first with a good final bite. Quite tasty in my Opinion for the $1.45 I paid for it, I would definitely drink again.

Pours golden with a very slight touch of haze and a medium white head. Aroma is herbal and grassy with a touch of bread. Flavor has notes of grain, hay, noble hops (lemon, grass), pepper and light bread. Bold and flavorful, yet very drinkable and refreshing .Pleasant grainy sweetness and ends with a hoppy, dry finish. Medium bodied, smooth texture and medium carbonation. Great lacing and head retention. Very good stuff.

I’m not a big fan of pilseners but this was great. Pours a hazy amber with a foamy white head. Aroma was a mild citrus and hops. Medium body and lively carbonation. The flavor was subtly citrus and refreshing and clean and crisp. Another good one from DocLock. Thanks.

Clear, golden, small white head, floral and citrus aroma, flavor is sweet, malty, with plenty of hops and citrus in the finish. Pleasant, even if not my favorite style.

Lightly hazy straw colored w/ a thin, lasting white head. Floral & grassy hop aromas w/ some lightly grainy malt as well as toasted & bready malt. Balanced to lightly bitter throughout; light herbal hop flavor, some sulphury yeast, malt balances well. Finish is dry & hop flavored w/ a malt flavored aftertaste. Highly carbonated, light medium body w/a dry m/f. Very fine Pils. Well made and seems true to Pils style, although not from the Czech republic, very enjoyable.

My second attempt at the brewpub. Terrible experience because the brew was overcarbonated. I could not drink it. Otherwise, tastes like Hop Devil and I detected no Pils taste. Just hops.

straw yellow color and white head- nothing new there. smells like a beer..nothing special. taste is sweet and a little hoppy. i thought this was very good and crisp and easy drinking. only bought a single, but you can bet ill buy this again sometime. served very cold. this would be a nice premium lawn beer.

Bottle pours a slightly hazy straw color, large foamy head, lovely lacing, with virtually no carbonation.   Sweet grass and straw on the nose, slightly grainy but only minor.   Very sweet up front, almost too sweet.   No real discernable hops there... a bit of malts and sweet grass.   Finishes with a vegetable twang.   Not as smooth or as crisp as I would have thought.   Loks good, smells decent, and its good up front (slightly sweet tho), but the back end has too much of a vegetable hint for me.   Thanks goes out to jeffc666 for the trade!
