Commercial Description:
Tuppers’ Hop Pocket Pils is made via a complex hopping schedule which includes dry hopping for weeks over whole-flower Saaz and Mt. Hood hops. Also used are Saaz, Mittelfruh, Spalt and Mt. Hood in the kettle. The beer is bottled and keg conditioned which provides very fine carbonation and a fine head.

Almost perfect clear straw color. Aroma is medium hops with a nice floral nose. Hop bitterness is nicely balanced with a malt sweetness and a bit of metallic aftertaste.

A very nice hazy golden color in the pour with a big frothy head. Aroma is floral and very fragrant. The taste is lightly sweet with a big hoppy flavor, that was a nice surprise. Balanced for the most part, at times coming across as slightly acidic. Very light and great to drink.

Spicy, floral and juicy hop aroma. Hazy medium golden color, with a creamy and lasting head. Truly abundant amount of hop flavor here, nicely spicy and flowery, with some brief citric hints and light maltiness. Medium bitterness, light, refreshing and eminently drinkable. A very American take on the style, and a quality Pils.

Bright gold. White head. Fresh saaz hop nose w/ biscuity maltiness. Light, soft feel. Clean, crisp, biscuity sweet malt flavour w/ pronounced hops.

Pours pale yellow, with light white head. Very hoppy pils in both aroma and flavour, not terribly well balanced flavour but nice for the hops.
