Commercial Description:
Tuppers’ Hop Pocket Pils is made via a complex hopping schedule which includes dry hopping for weeks over whole-flower Saaz and Mt. Hood hops. Also used are Saaz, Mittelfruh, Spalt and Mt. Hood in the kettle. The beer is bottled and keg conditioned which provides very fine carbonation and a fine head.

WOW, this pils is right on the money. Delicious in every aspect, including a hoppy bite that hooks you like the chorus to "Rock Your Body."

Draft. Aroma: bready malt, light lemon and spice, and floral hops. Appearance: Light yellow and slightly hazed. Big, bright white head with some staying power. Flavor: Light lemon, a touch of pepperiness, big floral hops, and a good biscuity malt flavor. Palate: Light bodied. Moderate-high carbonation. Nice, crisp and clean finish. Overall: A very good pilsener. Good hoppy flavor, but with a clean finish. Not quite as good as Victory.

Cloudy light yellow color with a creamy white head. Sweet citrus aroma. Flavor of floral hops, a citrus edge, and a light bitter ending.

Bottle. Pours clear yellow with quickly dissipating white head. Aroma of grass, lemon, flour, hops and a note of peach. Flowery Saaz hop flavors with light malt, perfectly balanced. Bit of dryness in the finish, with a delicate but long-lasting linger.

Light yellow color. Smell of hops, oranges and corn. Taste of bitterness right away. Can also taste grapefruit and orange peals. Cant taste a lot of hops. This beer is very sour and bitter. Not for me.

Yellow. Buttery but still light. A smooth beer that I think would be good during the summer.
