After the big hangers in El Toro, its big like the hangers. thick and chewy roast and chocolate. I had the last of one of the tank or keg to blow so all the malts were at the bottom. Extremely good beer

On tap GABF 02: Dark brown color, full bodied. Poured by a drunk guy from Canada who would not shutup about how good Molson is. He never heard of Unibroue. I was too busy telling him that Molson sucks to have recorded anything else about this beer.

Dark appearance with ruby red refractions. Creamy chocolate and coffee aroma. Emphasised bittersweet dark chocolate, creamy coffee roast and mildly bitter roasty finish. Sweetness of chocolate balances well.

On tap at TBC.. Pours a darker shade of brown with a thin white head. Looks a little on the thin side.. Aroma is sweet roasted malts. Flavor is a very nice roastiness with some dark fruits and coffee. I thought it was tasty.

Tap @ the brewpub. Poured a very dark, almost opaque color with a ruby tint and off-white head. Some coffee over a sweet roasted malt makes up the aroma. Some ashiness. Coffee and mildly sweet roasted malt flavor. Light fruitiness. Light-medium body.

OC tour, tap at brewpub: Deep brown with small head and minimal lace, a bit oily. The aroma has notes of coffee, chocolate, hazelnut, charred malt, plum and anise. The taste is your standard fare of coffee, chocolate, nut, mild fruit with a light grassy bitterness. The feel is lively and chalky. A good brew and drinkable.
