Jul 4, 2009 On tap at Tustin Brewing Company.. Pours copper with a fluffy white head.. Nice piney and floral aroma but I really couldn’t pick up any ginger in the nose. Even though it still smells very good.. Flavor was nice citrus hops with a great malt sweetness. Still no ginger here but it is still a very solid DIPA..Tasty!

Jul 2, 2009 From a growler absconded by one of my minions, thanks 21. Nice copper pour with a decent white head. Wonderful aroma, has a slight sweet spiciness (ginger) with a nice floral hoppiness. More hops upfront, citrus, pineapple/orange, very nicely balanced and a joy to drink.

Jul 1, 2009 Rating number 1, on tap at the brewpub. Pours a hazy coppery golden with a small white head. Aroma is a very nice fresh hop bomb, floral, citrus and pine. Flavor is hoppy and somewhat sweet, more honey than caramel, plenty of pine and citrus. Maybe just a hint of ginger at the end, but not much. Full bodied with moderate carbonation and a long bitter finish. Tasty!
