Draft at the brewpub. A light golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet with light notes of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw, leading to a finish with light notes of straw lingering. Nicely hopped for a light ale.

On tap at the Tustin Brew Pub in Tustin, CA. Poured a light yellow color with a small sized white head. Aromas of mainly grains. Tastes grains and some corn. Thin body. This one ended in a corny sweetness. Rather boring, but then again it is a Blonde Ale. Light lacing left on the glass.

OC Tour, on tap at brewpub: Golden hue with small had and okay lace. The aroma has notes apple, buttered bready, grains and herbs. The taste has a twangy light fruity and grainy character. Some vegetable and medicinal notes. This soft and lively beer is very pedestrian.

Tap @ the brewpub. Poured a clear amber color with an off-white head. Light caramel aroma. Light earthy notes. The flavor had some caramel with just a touch of citrus. Crisp finish. Light-medium body.

Clear straw yellow with smallish head and ring of foam. Very light yeasty aroma. First taste is a warm, sweet maltiness. Next is the effervescent mouthfeel. Other than the Alka-Seltzer mouth, this isn't too bad. The last lingering taste is a beautiful sweet maltiness.
