Dec 5, 2007 OC tour, tap at brewpub: Hazy golden hue with a small head. The aroma has notes of biscuit and wheat, buttery bread, grassy hops, and a hint of pepper. The taste has twangy fruit and a light wheat background. Some spice but there also is a buttery character. The mouth feel is lively and thin, somewhat refreshing. Yep, an American Wheat Ale.

Aug 2, 2007 Nice lemony wheat aroma. Pours a hazy yellow. Flavor is sweet wheat with a crisp finish. A mild wheaty sweetness lingers for a second. Very refreshing.

Nov 11, 2004 Thick clouded yellowy amber appearance. Mild in aroma and flavor, dry coarse and grainy. No real spice, pretty straightforward and overly conservative.

Mar 17, 2004 Updated: Sep 21, 2004Cloudy yellow with a smallish head. This stuff didnt have a noticeable aroma at all. First taste is like wheatgrass. It had a sticky, bubblegum finish. Mouthfeel was bubbly with a small amount of effervesence/ Last taste, I got some lime notes.

Feb 14, 2003 Cloudy pour with a wispy white head. Slight wheat tanginess. None of the banana,clove or bubble gum notes that I love in hefes.
