On tap. Hazy yellow with a white head leaving laces. Aroma of yeast and - surprisingly - hops! Light body, no banana or yeast notes and a little sulphur before a surprisingly hoppy finish. Not bad as such, but has absolutely nothing to do with a Hefe. 060709

From tap at the brewpub. Pours light yellow and hazy. Vague hoppy and wheaty aroma. Hoppy and citrusy flavoured. Vague estery fruity touch. Ends bitter, dry and fruity flavoured.

On tap at the Tustin Brew Pub in Tustin, CA. They brought this one over to me with a lemon wedge in it -oh, joy-. Poured a light golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of, drum roll please. lemons. Tastes of the same lemon with just a trace, and I mean trace, of wheat and if I stretch it, some spiciness. Thin and lively body that ends in light sweetness.

OC tour, tap at brewpub: Hazy golden hue with a small head. The aroma has notes of biscuit and wheat, buttery bread, grassy hops, and a hint of pepper. The taste has twangy fruit and a light wheat background. Some spice but there also is a buttery character. The mouth feel is lively and thin, somewhat refreshing. Yep, an American Wheat Ale.

Tap @ the brewpub. Poured a hazy yellow color with an almost white head. Light wheat and grain aroma. Mild citrus notes with a hint of spice. Grainy cereal flavor with a touch of citrus on the finish. Light-medium body.

Cloudy yellow with a smallish head. This stuff didnt have a noticeable aroma at all. First taste is like wheatgrass. It had a sticky, bubblegum finish. Mouthfeel was bubbly with a small amount of effervesence/ Last taste, I got some lime notes.

Nice lemony wheat aroma. Pours a hazy yellow. Flavor is sweet wheat with a crisp finish. A mild wheaty sweetness lingers for a second. Very refreshing.
