Aroma of yeast and - surprisingly - hops! Light body, no banana or yeast notes and a little sulphur before a surprisingly hoppy finish. Not bad as such, but has absolutely nothing to do with a Hefe. 060709 yespr (12345), Copenhagen O, Denmark

They brought this one over to me with a lemon wedge in it -oh, joy-. Poured a light golden color with a small sized white head. Aromas of, drum roll please. lemons. Tastes of the same lemon with just a trace, and I mean trace, of wheat and if I stretch it, some spiciness. Thin and lively body that ends in light sweetness. BBB63 (4257), La Porte, Indiana, USA
| 1.9 | Aroma | Appearance | Flavor | Palate | Overall | | 4/10 | 2/5 | 3/10 | 3/5 | 7/20 | Dec 5, 2007 OC tour, tap at brewpub: Hazy golden hue with a small head. The aroma has notes of biscuit and wheat, buttery bread, grassy hops, and a hint of pepper. The taste has twangy fruit and a light wheat background. Some spice but there also is a buttery character. The mouth feel is lively and thin, somewhat refreshing. Yep, an American Wheat Ale. goldtwins (4084), Nesconset, New York, USA

This stuff didnt have a noticeable aroma at all. First taste is like wheatgrass. It had a sticky, bubblegum finish. Mouthfeel was bubbly with a small amount of effervesence/ Last taste, I got some lime notes. riversideAK (2761), Shoreline, Washington, USA
